Birth Certificates
Certified copies of birth certificates may be obtained from the Wilkinson County Probate Office. The cost is $10.00 for a certified copy ($5.00 for each additional certificate requested at same time) and .25 for a non-certified copy. No personal checks accepted.
Marriage Licenses
Certified copies of marriage licenses may be obtained from the Wilkinson County Probate Office. The cost is $4.00 for a certified copy and .25 for a non-certified copy. No personal checks accepted.
Applications for a marriage license must be made in person at the Probate Office (1st floor of Courthouse). Please bring the following items:
 | Both persons must be at least 18 years of age (or parent/guardian must sign application) |
| Birth Certificate or Drivers License |
| Blood test (signed and dated by physician- only good for 30 days) |
| Copy of final divorce decree (if either party married previously) |
| $24 cash |
| Both persons must apply at the same time. |
Death Certificates
