Notice of Call Meeting & Budget Workshop
The Wilkinson County Board of Commissioners will meet on Thursday, August 24, 2023 in a Call Meeting at 3:00 p.m. to discuss and vote on a revised election ordinance. Commissioners will enter into executive session if needed. Commissioners will meet for a budget workshop immediately following the call meeting.
The meeting will convene in the Commission Chambers of the Wilkinson County Courthouse, located at 100 Bacon Street, Irwinton, Georgia.

Notice of Call Meeting & Budget Hearings
The Wilkinson County Board of Commissioners will meet on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 in a Call Meeting at 8:30 a.m. to discuss and vote on awarding a landscaping contract and septic tank installation service.
Commissioners will enter into executive session if needed.
The call meeting will be followed by budget hearings which are scheduled to begin at 9:00am and will continue through Thursday afternoon. If additional discussions are needed, commissioners will reconvene on Friday morning.

NOTICE: Landscaping Services RFP
THE WILKINSON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS solicits proposals for Landscaping Services for Wilkinson County. Proposals will be received in the office of the County Manager, 100 Bacon Street, Irwinton, GA 31042 until 2:00 PM on July 3, 2023 at which time said sealed proposals will be publicly opened and contractor’s names will be read aloud.
SOLICITATION SCHEDULE:
- Request for Proposal: 6/12/2023
- Deadline for questions: 6/19/2023 5PM EST
- Answers to questions: 6/22/2023 5PM EST
- Proposal Due Date: 7/3/2023 (No later than 2:00 p.m. EST)
- Board of Commissioners Approval: July 5, 2023 (8:45 a.m.)
QUESTIONS: regarding this project may be directed in writing to the County Manager, Tracy Strange, at 100 Bacon Street, Irwinton, Georgia 31042. All questions shall be received by June 19th, 2023 and answered by June 22nd, 2023. Questions must be emailed to tstrange@wilkinsoncounty.net.
SUBMISSION: One (1) original and one (1) copies of required bid documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the Proposal number, due date, and the bidder’s name and address on
sealed submission package, as well as outside of shipping packaging.
