During the October 19, 2021 Wilkinson County’s Board of Commissioner’s Meeting, Virginia Rozer was appointed to the Wilkinson County Board of Elections & Registrations, replacing Judith Geter.

L & A Testing, Computation & Canvassing and Absentee Voting
November 2, 2021 for the Cities of Gordon, Irwinton & Toomsboro General Election
In accordance with O.C.G.A. 21-2-379.6 (c) Logic & Accuracy testing on the voting equipment to be used in the November 2, 2021, Municipal General Election and will be publicly performed in the Board of Elections and Registrations office.Testing will begin on September 27, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. This testing will continue day to day until completed. Members of the public are invited to observe the preparation and testing of all equipment to be used.The election superintendent and deputy registrar will conduct testing.Computation, canvassing, and certification of election results will begin on Wednesday November 3, 2021, at 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise posted, and will continue day to day until complete.
The voter registration deadline for the November 2, 2021, Municipal General Election is October 4, 2021.Absentee voting by mail will begin on October 12, 2021-October 22, 2021. Advanced In-Person voting will begin October 12, 2021-October 29, 2021, at the courthouse from 9:00am-5:00pm. Saturday voting will be on October 16 & 23, 2021. Voting will be from 9:00a.m. – 5:00 p.m. For more information regarding testing and/or your voter registration status, contact the elections’ office at 478-946-2188.

Closed In Observance of Memorial Day on Monday, May 31, 2021
In Observance of Memorial Day, The Wilkinson County Board of Elections and Registrations will be closed on Monday, May 31, 2021. We will Resume on Tuesday June 01,2021 at 8:00am.

Computation, canvassing, and certification of election results will begin on Wednesday June 17, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise posted, and will continue day to day until complete.
The voter registration deadline for the June 15, 2021 Special Election is May 17, 2021. Absentee voting by mail and in person will begin May 24, 2021 thru June 11,2021 at the courthouse. Testing will begin on February 08, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. This testing will continue day to day until completed. Members of the public are invited to observe the preparation and testing of all equipment to be used. The election superintendent and deputy registrar will conduct testing. Computation, canvassing, and certification of election results will begin on Wednesday March 17, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise posted, and will continue day to day until complete.
The voter registration deadline for the March 16, 2021 Special Election is February 15, 2021. Absentee voting by mail and in person will begin February 22, 2021 thru March 12,2021 at the courthouse. Pursuant to O.C.G.A.21-2-386 (4) notice is hereby given that the tabulation of the absentee ballots returned of votes cast in the January 05, 2021 Federal Runoff Election will take place in the Office of the Election Superintendent located at the Wilkinson County Courthouse, 100 Bacon Street Suite 133, Irwinton Georgia 31042, Tuesday, December 28, 2020, beginning at 10am until and January 04, 2021 at 12noon until completed.

Wilkinson County Elections will be conducting a Recount of the November 03,2020 General Presidential Election.
The Recount and L&A testing will be Monday, November 30,2020 at 9:00am, at 100 Bacon Street, Suite 133 Irwinton, Ga. 31042. This recount is open to the public.
